Well that was quick, took my nclex on Thursday and on Monday received my failure notice from the BON.
But... I must say it's not really helpful on what I should study. It just says... "near passing standard"
so.... now what.... what direction to I go in??
I am just assuming I never taken boards and starting from the begining on studying....anyone else tired of studying?? I think I am on brain overlad with information that I am totally confusing myself. I have forced myself since Thursday not to pick up a book.... just relax for a week then start studying. But now I feel like I HAVE TO PICK UP MY BOOKS!
I forgot what it's like to enjoy the simple things of life. I feel like I have lost the last 2 years of time with my daughter! She's only 6. And she says, "you always study." It's breaking my heart.
uggggghhhh! Now 45+ more days to wait for my retake!!
@lisa,
me too, i am paying for my boards thursday on pay day lol, i got a new book u might really like below, it similar to the questions i think i seen on the nclex, and it gives u good reason to go with the better answer and it reflects the new nclex rn, i bought it off amazon used, i think it's worth it. u can email me at my personal email if u like, we can support eachother throughout this.:)[email protected]

I failed at 265. Its very frustrating because every person in my class had 75 and they ALL said they had no idea how they passed. When i got passed 75 i felt so let down. When i reached 150 i just wanted to leave the room and be done.
I have heard that if you made it all the way to 265 you were right on the boarder of passing or failing. Is that true?
I had been studying with the exam cram before and doing really well. I think the frustration just got the best of me.

i got all 265 questions too, BUT i didnt get a lot of priority and SATA ... i think i only got like less than 20 of these questions (SOO much of mine was comprehension :[ )
thats why im worried i might not pass and im worried my results will say "near passing standard" BUT i got the good pop-up with the PVT ... so im wondering if there's anyone else who had near passing standard -- did you get a good or bad PVT pop-up?
