hi guys,i've finally decided to register in this forum so that i'll be able to address my queries to those who are already, somehow, knowledgeable bout NCLEX.:yeah:

i graduated last 2008 and passed NLE respectively, i'm planning to start my application by monday next week to an application center named NEAC(nursing exam application center) which is in situated beside kaplan in espana, manila. i'm planning to choose CA for my state but after reading some threads here, i felt doubtful on choosing it still, because of some usual problems encountered by many esp. SSN and etc and retrogression is still ongoing.:zzzzz:bluecry1::banghead:

can u guys suggest a state that is worry-free with all of these stuffs?:confused::confused:

please help me to be enlightened so that i won't be wasting every :twocents:peso/dollar:twocents: that my father will be spending on me for this exam.hope to hear with you guys soon, coz i only have 2days more to decide for the "state-problem" i got.thanks a lot.:heartbeat:zzzzz:no:

Hi,

There's a lot of people out there that can hep you with your application.

Surely, your review center can help you with that. The process is easy, as long as you read the guidelines / steps.

The agency is really helpful. But if you can do it yourself, you can save money.

Just trust the people on your review center that they can help you with your application. You can ask your reviewmates as well. And this helpful site, allnurses.com

God Bless to you!

Again, do not have anyone help you with your applications. Have seen way too many errors on those that were helped by people at their review centers.

Each of the applications is very straight forward, if you are having issues with what they are asking, then how are you expecting to be able to work as an RN in another country? Sorry to have to be so blunt about this, but the applications are all very easy to complete and you can come here if you have a specific question. But you need to get used to filling out these applications on your own, what are you going to do to get a job? What are you going to do as far as immigration items that needs to be filled out? These are things that you will be completing on your own.

You also do not need a review center from there to help you with the exam as well. Remember that the majority of the instructors for these programs have never worked in the US and many have not even written the exam as well.

Save your money.

Here on allnurses.com there is a NCLEX review forum. Suzanne has a plan which is free ( you supply the text book) which nurses have had great success.

US Nursing documentation ( Paper work) is important and a major part of the job. For example in my home state when you report abuse you must fill in the paper work.

When a patient is going to long term care form a massive government assessment form needs to be completed.

If you can't fill out a straight forward form about yourself how are you planning on practicing nursing in the US?

thanks guys, i'll try to do it on my own.:wink2:

really?im using NEAC to process my application and i find it hassle free though.

i dont find any problem applying or using an agency in filling out NCLEX.i applied on my own then in middle of the processing i received a notice form CABON that telling me that i need to comply all those lacking requirements and there are some errors in my application.since i was so confused why. i end up visiting NEAC and asked for their help and after a few days i was eligible.i dont regret going in their center.two thumbs up for them.:)
