Hi Sock!
What areas did majority of your questions come from? What topics do you advise that I should focus studying on?
May I also know what materials you used in preparing for NCLEX? What review books did you use for content and for practice exercises?
Thanks a lot! I wish you all the best on the results of your exam. =)

Thanks for all the responses.
I had alot of priority and critical thinking questions. There was two right answers every time. I just seemed one was the slightly better answer. Multiple topics were covered in this test. As far as studying goes, take a NCLEX Review course like Hurst Review or Kaplan.
Good Luck
I used Hurst review (live) and the Saunders book with CD.
i passed!!!! found out this morning.good luck to all, you can pass!!!
i take it you tested on friday., october 10th. i tested on friday the 10th at 2 pm and was told by the person at the desk that my results wouldn't be available for 2 business days. she said probably monday. so if you tested friday and got your results today (sunday) then that was not 2 business days. so i'm just a little confused. hope i do hear today.
btw congratulations

I took NCLEX today after 75 questions and 90 minutes. I got about 7-10 alternate format questions, and 2 calculations. The questions would be a basic question would get harder for 5-8 more questions then another easier question in a different subject followed by more hard questions.
When the computer cut off it took me by surprise.
I felt pretty good leaving the test, but on the way home remembered I only had 1 question on OB, maybe 2-3 on peds. I hope that is not a bad sign. Most of my questions were priority and critical thinking questions.
48 hours to wait on a my results.
