  1. Take a break! When you feel a little better, review a short time and take the test. Good luck!
  2. mine showed up in exactly 48 hours. i tested at 8 am. checked this morning at 7:55, no dice, checked at 8:01 and it let me enter my credit card and gave me the results. good luck!
  3. Congrats!!! Good job
  4. I Passed!!!! Found out this morning. Good Luck to all, you can pass!!!
  5. Thanks for all the responses. I had alot of priority and critical thinking questions. There was two right answers every time. I just seemed one was the slightly better answer. Multiple topics were covered in this test. As far as studying goes, take a NCLEX Review course like Hurst Review or Kaplan. Good Luck I used Hurst review (live) and the Saunders book with CD.
  6. I know how you feel, I took mine today and shut off at 75 questions. I have no idea how I did. Most had two answers and took alot of critical thinking. Where did you test, I tested TX also. Good luck, think positive!
  7. I took NCLEX today after 75 questions and 90 minutes. I got about 7-10 alternate format questions, and 2 calculations. The questions would be a basic question would get harder for 5-8 more questions then another easier question in a different subject followed by more hard questions. When the computer cut off it took me by surprise. I felt pretty good leaving the test, but on the way home remembered I only had 1 question on OB, maybe 2-3 on peds. I hope that is not a bad sign. Most of my questions were priority and critical thinking questions. 48 hours to wait on a my results.
  8. Hello all, I am looking for the best online content review course. I need some content review. I completed my program through Excelsior College and it took me about 4 years with work, wife and kids. I feel I need a good review. I know some of the courses concentrate on the question and less on the content. Do any focus on both? I have tried to read Saunders review manual, but I find it dry and I am not retaining much of the information. I am hoping to find an online review with videos and sample questions structured to plan study. I feel I learn and retain more from lecture and video. I think with a good online content review and the Saunders question CD I would be able to retain more information and pass the NCLEX! Thanks, Greg
  9. We are using the 13th Edition. Good luck
  10. It will take 5-6 months from applicaton to test date.
  11. I finally got a test date for the Excelsior CPNE, August 24th-26th in Amarrillo. I am reviewing the CPNE study guide and video. I also scheduled the Excelsior CPNE workshop August 6th-8th. I also registered for Chancellor's Careplan. My question is should I take it on July 15th-20th so I have time to study afterward or take it August 13th-17th so it will be fresh on my memory a week before the CPNE. Thanks
