If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!
To all who passed I just want to say congratulations! I took nclex on july 29 and unfortunately did not pass. I had so much faith and trust in God that He would have brought me through knowing my circumstances, but for reasons unknown to me I was not successful. I studied for 3 months and did so many questions but apparently that was not enough. To those who remembered me in prayer, thank you. Right now, I'm just depending on God for guidance and direction. God bless us all!
I am so sorry to hear that you did not pass. I will continue to pray for you. Just kind of let it go, and pick yourself up, and start from scratch. Don't think about the test when you start studying again. Try to do some things differently. Maybe try Suzanne's plan. Please keep me posted. Good luck.
PS: Don't lose faith in God. He has plans for all of us.
Thanks you all for your prayers and the prayer of the week I was reciting it on my way to my testing center along with all the wonderful things that the lord so graciously made me I believe that it helped me remain calm and collected during the exam mind you I was flustered and caught off guard with some questions but I was able to compose my self and I hope that is a great signthank you all for your prayers xoxoxoox
I'm happy that you were able to compose yourself, and I know it takes a lot to do that. I tried to keep myself composed because I had so many SATAs and I almost cried on question 60, but I had to stop and take a deep breath and just talk to myself for a minute. Anyway, I will be looking forward to your message saying that you have passed boards and that you are now ALISE04, RN!!! I will try to keep an eye out for it, I started working and so now I'm always away (it seems like it anyway). Good luck darling, and I will be praying for your passing results!
How long does it usually take in your area to get your results?

Thank you so much for you message the pass 24 hours have been very hard for me. Between my boyfriend saying let it go it is over now... you passed ( and feeling like I didn't). It was just amazing how I felt in the exam room I mean the questions got me but not in the usual way that my test anxiety gets a hold me. But the moment I got home the composure was gone.
We have quick results here but I lost my ATM card and have no way of checking my quick results for I don't have a credit card. So I guess my wait will be a little longer.
But thank you again for the prayers. Your post mae me smile:loveya:
will keep you updated.

I know you don't want to keep hearing it, but your boyfriend is right. It is over now....With the quick results, can't you call off of your home phone and it will send the charge to your bill? I'm not sure because our state doesn't participate in the quick results, but I think I read that somewhere, you might want to give that a try. I'm happy that you smiled! Just try relax.
I took my NCLEX august 1, 2008. I did not think the test was to bad, but at the end I knew I had failed because I was told that if you get the last question wrong that means you failed. I was given 86 questions and the last question I knew with 100% certainty that it was wrong. I even looked it up when I got back from the hotel room. I was surprised at the peace God gave me even though I "knew" I failed. Sunday I checked the quick results and found out I passed!!!!!!!!!!! So, if you get the last one wrong it doesn't always mean you failed. Keep praying and always keep God first in your life, He is the only one who can give you restful peace during the good and the bad.
Congratulations to all those who have passed and to those who have graduated nursing school.
The Lord is good all the time and all the time the Lord is good.

You guys I must say a very special thank you for will the power of Prayer I surpassed my fear of failing and passed. The past 48 hours have been very hard but last night as I lay in bed I prayed myself to sleep and asked that whatever my result maybe give me the strength to overcome any obstacles in my way whether it be looking for a job or studying for another round with NCLEX. you know what all my dreams last night were of me signing my name Annlise Calypso RN on everything my house, new car, on this site everything and I worke up this morning and I was okay I knew I was going to be an RN someday either today or 45 days from now I knew it was going to happen with gods grace!!
