Good luck everyone ... Nursemich good luck on Friday I am taking mine on Saturday. Stay calm and the lord is gonna be with you on that day guiding you and and giving you clarity of mind enabling to click on the right answer:saint: .Recently I made a list of all the wonderful things about myself to remind me that by walking in the path of our Lord I am a wholesome person that wants to care for those that can't care for themselves and that without the lord's grace I wouldn't be where I am right now ... studying for for my NCLEX.

SO Stay positive and although it may be hard relax

hello everyone....

it's been a while since i have posted anything....i am trying to keep my head up and stay positive....when i recieved my results and they said "near the passing standard" i was kind of shocked....because i was thinking to myself...well what does this actually mean? what am i suppose to do now? so, i took a couple of days to myself and went camping with my sister...and just tried not to think of anything other than i hope it doesn't rain while we are camping..haha :wink2: now i am ready to get back into the studying groove and am open to anyone's advice. i hope to take it within the first 2 weeks of september. please keep me in your thoughts and congrats to everyone who has passed and will pass. as well as those who will be taking the test soon.

I am taking my test at 8am Central time on the 31st of July. I have been doing a lot of silent prayer. I don't ask god to pass the test, i always ask to allow me to have the ability to answer my questions to the best of my ability and have confidence in my self!
I can always use any extra well wishes and prayers!

GOOD LUCK...I really like your statement about not asking god to let you pass but allow you the ability to answer your ?'s to the best of your knowledge. That is a wonderful way to stay positive and grounded.

the long wait is over , i'm leaving in a couple of hours. the test center is 4 hours away from our place so i need to be there the night before and plan to stay for a couple of days after the exam to treat my self, to relax and to ease the tension. i'm looking forward that i do not have to review again, because i really studied and prepared so hard for this.:)

i would like to thank everyone here in allnurses. this site gave so much help from application..review and now the exam..which helped me to prepare mentally, physically, emotionally and most especially spiritually.. i feel confident. i just wish my confidence will stay until tomorrow.. until the end of the exam..:redpinkhe

i will imagine that tomorrow.. while im taking the test god is behind me to help me relax.. his hands on my shoulder.. thank you for your prayers and your encouragement. once i come back home, i'll update you of how my exam experience has been.:redpinkhe

Yes, in situations like "this" ie. taking the NCLEX I always refer to the footprints verse dont know if you have ever heard of it but if you would like to google footprints in the sand!!

i always love "footprints in the sand"...i was a lil girl when i first read it...that was when i was in 2nd grade...i was attached to it...and when i was preparing for my boards (took it last monday) i was listening to leona lewis song "footprints in the sand"...very inspirational...u guys might wanna check it out...just to relax:heartbeat

I also don't want to offend anyone but i definitely BELIEVE in the POWER of PRAYER, so along with everyone else i pray for success on this nclex for those testing now and in the future including myself. we've all sacrificed long and stressful hours to get this far and may the LORD have a hand in the final capstone of this test.
