NCLEX Takers Support Thread

If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!

This thread's been here since 2008. and while I'm reading each and everyone's post I felt more peaceful and relaxed. I'm going to take my NCLEX on August, I don't have exact date yet because I feel like i'm not yet ready. I'm trying my best to study everyday. But sometimes the anxiety, laziness and work got of the way. But everytime I come to this site, reading each posts and prayers from everyone whose going to take the exam gives me strength.

I will be taking my NCLEX two days from now and I'm scared like hell. Kaplan is the only review course I took because it came highly recommended by our instructor who was once chosen to write NCLEX questions. So far, my confidence level has been fluctuating every day. My Kaplan QT scores were consistent on the upper 50's, with my QT 6 & 7 averaging at 59.25 (passing is, as far as I know, a score of 60). My Qbank scores were more decent with 74% at the highest. I feel very anxious and there is also a lot of pressure surrounding this exam because this time alone cost me about $500 since I have to take it in a testing center 6 hours away (we don't have a TC in our area).

This forum is the only thing giving me hope right now. I believe that prayers can move mountains. I will be asking St. Jude for his intercession on the day of my exam. I will be praying for everyone else here too. We are all very anxious and I know that there is a lot at stake with this exam for all of us.

I have also been preparing myself (financially) for a possible failure and re-take. Although I must admit that I don't know how my psychological status would be if I fail. :crying2:

My prayers and thoughts are with all of us who are studying for the NCLEX RN. I totally believe in the power of prayer and I wholeheartedly KNOW that it was only through God's Grace and Will that I even made it through nursing school. I have to believe that He didn't bring me this far to let me fail now. But, if that is His will,,,then so be it, there must be a reason that little ol' me just doesn't realize right now. So, if this is the right timing for ME, then it will happen whether I want it to or not!! Thank you Lord for carrying me this far and help me,(us) to continue to serve you!

I finished my exam today in 75 questions hoping to hear some good news soon.

I tried the pearson vue trick and got the "good pop up" hoping this trick has validity to it.
