NCLEX Takers Support Thread

I just took nclex rn today and am so afraid I failed. It stopped at 75 questions, but I have heard people fail at that number. I have to wait 48 hours and can't stop worrying. I didn't recognize most of the meds. Did anyone else have that?

Hallow my friend in Christ I have devastated news that I didn't make it and am so disappoint, discourage and am going through depression right now my faith dropped from % to 0 I don't know what to do now am just goanna give up good luck you all Nursing is not for me. Am tired crying.I am such a failure . Ask and shall given, this promises didn't work for me am not God's favor so thanks every one of you for your prayer but sorry didn't work for me.

I am so sorry to hear that you didn't get the news you were hoping for. I can perfectly understand your faustration. GOD loves you unconditionally. You are not a failure. Remember that sucess is failure turned. Take sometime off, don't ever give up the devil is a liar. Don't know how you studied but this is how I studied. I was very weak in infection control and safety, took kaplan and they recommended that I start with my weak areas. So that is what I did. Friend, this is a sign that you have a great future. You have a big problem, but that means you have a big future and the good news is you have a big GOD who is far able.

Hello everyone This Thursday I will be taking the NCLEXRN for the 4th time. Please keep me in your prayers. I have been very difficult for myself as well as my family these past several months. I have faith in HIM that by the end of the week I will officially be an RN. My prayers go out to everyone as well. Good luck, take a deep breath, and relax. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!! :wink2:

You're not alone, more people than not have to take this exam multiple times but I'm thankful for that. Deep breathe before sitting down and even shut your eyes. I believe that remaining calm throughout this exam will be most helpful and remember to go with what you know because we all have a foundation that was built in nursing school. Relax! :up:

Best of luck to both of us...and as well as the rest of those who's taking and/or retaking the NCLEX-RN. Same goes here where I am in my last week of studying for my exam date is excatly 1week from today. GOD BLESS US ALL!!!

It is well with your soul. I am so thrilled for people that are not quitters. What worked for me during the test was,eliminating the 2 wrong ones and then writing the outcome for the 2 remaining ones. Then deciding if I was to do one thing and go home, which of the two will be the most safest thing to do. Look my friend don't pay attention to how many times you have taken it, hard times make you stronger and when people least expect, GOD will prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies. well i took my exam and patiently waiting on the results, but as the time goes by , i feel that i failed again and if that is the case i have no idea how i'm gonna deal with it this time around.

I don't think i can handle another dissapointment.

I want to pass so bad and get on with my life and i feel like this is holding me back in so many ways. I know they say hope for the best but i have done that so many times in the past and the worse keeps happening, so now i don't know what else to do.

i also wanted to know , does anyone have any idea how soon does the BON gets updated once u pass the exam , like does it happen as soon as you pass or not. Just curious. Thanks

another curious question. When u fail vs. passing the exam does the envelope that u get ur result in differ in size? I'm just wondering.
