I took mine today too. 75 questions and done. I worked as an LPN for 20 +years, aced my classes, really studied (Kaplan, Lacharity and a few other online resources), hours everyday, but I walked out feeling like I was stupid. I've been fighting the temptation to do the PVT, mostly because I read that's its not always accurate. But if I need to take it again I want to start studying right away.
I keep trying to comfort myself with the fact that I've only ever heard two people walk out of NCLEX "knowing" they passed, most feel like they failed, but most don't.
But I feel ya, let us know how it turned out.

Hey all,
This is one of those "my NCLEX stopped at 75 and I think I failed!!!" posts.
But really, my NCLEX stopped at 75 and I think I failed.
I was looking at some of the related posts- but none of them made me feel better.
I remembered a lot of the questions- specifically the ones that I was unsure of and I got the majority of them wrong that I remembered (about 18 questions).
Im wondering if anyone knows how many you would have to get wrong in order to fail at 75…. Im not too optimistic.
Worst thing is was I thought I was somewhat prepared. I knew the basics of nearly everything and some. It wasn't until I was asked questions in different ways that I knew I should of studied things a bit further.
Let me know what you guys think.
