A couple of things: Has anyone passed/failed with 75 questions and how long did it take to complete the exam? Also, had only one Math question and probably got it wrong, has anyone heard of success in this situation? To my amazement, this is my 4th attempt at this exam... My plan did not match God's plan, but yet will I trust him~ Thanks in advance for the input~ God Bless~

Many get the minimum number of questions, it has no bearing on determining results.
Math questions are not something that you want to see in most cases, they are normally considered an easier level of question.
Some finish the exam in 45 minutes or so, and others can go for the entire 6 hours.
Impossible to make any determination based on this. Best of luck as you wait for your results.
Congratulations on passing the exam.

I have failed and passed with 75 questions so it could go either way. The last RN test that I took I had 1 SATA 1Math and the rest prioritizing. Good Luck I hope you passed.
Thanks for the encouragement~ The first time I failed with 75 questions and was told that it was because I took about 2 hours for so few questions, on another attempt, I stayed under 1 minute per question, and the computer did in fact give me the whole 265, but I failed again. Hopefully, this time I will come through!

Time per question has nothing to do wtih it, unless you run out of time and you only take 70 questions I suppose---but dont ever try and beat the clock per say...
I am a fast test taker-always have been--for me I go with my gut instinct 1st time around and it seemed to work for me in nursing school..a friend of mine has to read the same question 3x and pop each scenerio into the question mulitple times--that works for her. Everyone is different. We both passed. Me in 45 min and her in 4 hours.

Taking the test multiple times~how many in one year? Did you have to take a refresher course? When you reschedule, do you have a max time limit? I know the min time limute is 30-45 days...

Never less than 45 days. Some states even have 90 days waiting before you can re sit the exam. Also each state has their own requirements on how many times you can fail and whether you need to take some sort of refresher course. Some states will allow unlimited attempts where others it is 3 and then you have to do the course
