if there is a question about calculation, how do you answer it? does the question tells you if you need to answer it in one decimal or 2 or 3 decimals?
my exam 6 days from now. And i actually don't have any idea what's the real nclex exam like or what the test center looks like inside.

They are very specific and provide detailed instructions on the question what they want you to do.
thanks for the info :)

I took NCLEX RN this morning and it was VERY similar to Kaplan in my opinion.

That makes me feel a little better!
really? well that would be better coz kaplan is based on analysis.. im not really good at content although i read saunders. And also, did you do good in kaplan q trainers?
Yes...I had questions that were almost exactly like ones that I had in the kaplan question trainers. For content I briefly reviewed the RN course book for Kaplan. On the question trainers I scored between 58-65 percent for all of them. I did a 65 percent and 61 percent on trainer 6 and 7! I think you're supposed to aim for 60 percent on the last two so I guess I did alright. I also did all of the qbank questions (it was required by my school before graduation) and scored 55-60 on all of those. I've been getting the good pop up from Pearson today. Find out tomorrow if I passed :)
That's great! I'm pretty much doing the same as you were with Kaplan scores. I didn't take q-t #7 yet. Doing that next week. I take my test on Thursday next week!! Ehhhh
It is excruciatingly long and boring. If I had that many questions on the actual NCLEX I probably would have freaked. Good luck!!! I'm sure you will do fine!

I would agree with nursebre. I took nclexrn last monday and was surprised that I encountered some questions that I passed on from Kaplan!

I took NCLEX last month and passed. I only had one calculation question out of 75. Thought I would have more but didn't.
I didn't have any calculation questions (out of 82)! I was surprised and kind of irritated because I feel math problems are one of my strong areas. Oh well, I passed; that's all that matters I suppose :)
