It maybe a case of looking at books in a bookstore and check whether MAC compatible
Just did a google for NCLEX and MAC and a few books came up so maybe worth trying yourself. Also sent you a pm
many of the books in the bookstore do not list system compatibility for the cd's and reviews on the websites have conflicting information

I just finished nursing school and use a Mac.
I used the Mosby's NCLEX, Hogan's NCLEX (new and fantastic!!), and the Saunders NCLEX. The only one I had a problem with, was the Lippincotts. Every other one I tried worked on the Mac.
Hope this helps.

I resorted to buying office for macs. Then I can open notes and other files too, and I'll know how to use it if I ever need.
