@shesanurse Yeah it helped a lot. 5 exhibits which compose of drugs to give/clarify. Those SATA are so vague and I can't believe I got 25-30 of them. Because what happened is that after I started, 1st question is exhibit then multiple choice then SATA already like 5 in consecutive. Then after that it would be multiple choice then SATA again. For me, it always occurs right after I answered the question correctly (which I'm definitely sure that's the right answer).

@Ms_Petite Most of the questions are vague. UWORLD is much harder than NCLEX. Just remember the labs and you'll be fine. :)

i am also a repeater and i am waiting for reachelle allen review live... hows your previous exam? me i ended up guessing because of time. seems like i didnt prepare well t have 265 questions... after 3hrs and im just on 150 question my anxiety gets high... cry after my exam and i knew i failed now seems like i am in denial stage. the time pressure (just my perception) time vs moderate anxiety= panic attack .. lesson: i need to have time management .. uworld is good almost of the questions is look alike.. goodluck to us and Godbless

Right in general allows for gastric emptying. So in general GERD patients are supposed to be elevated anyway to prevent but I guess for sleeping I would most likely choose the right side if that position wasn't available.

Wait I found this though

  • Don't sleep on your right side. For some reason, this seems to prompt relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter — the tight ring of muscle connecting the stomach and esophagus that normally defends against reflux.
  • Do sleep on your left side. This is the position that has been found to best reduce acid reflux.

but I'm 100% sure we don't have to worry about that specific question in NCLEX lol. It's usualy just elevating the bed.

Wow girl thank you for that detailed info. You are right we don't have to be worried anymore cause seriously... we don't really know whats gonna come out of that test. I feel really weird and scared at the same time i feel like i should be studying and not here infront of the tv and watching some movies... i am pretty much aware that i don't remember much that i have studied. Gosh its a lot and i would need another 10GB of memory to plug in my brain to absorb everything. Plus after i had anxiety last monday with s/s of DOB and pounding palpitations plus the headache, also had difficulty sleeping at night.. i tried to not study anymore.. and it worked in calming myself i sleep soundly at night now for the past couple of nights... but i dunno if i am retaining my studies since i quit... you know what guys, if its just me, myself , and i, i am surely can be called a total failure but with Christ beside me, who holds the entire universe and beyond.. everything is possible. Pass or fail i know that he holds my life, my future in his hands.

Congrats jzter09!

It's a little different for everybody, but some of my classmates who took it a few weeks ago said their test was heavy on prioritization, delegation, and proper precautions. I just hate the large # of SATA on the test. (SATA is my enemy lol)

I heard that NCSBN are testing new SATA questions this year and that means that about 15 of the SATA on the test are not counted. True? Or did I hear wrong? lol

@shesanurse I feel exactly the same way. I'm sitting here like aint no way I'm gonna remember all that I got wrong. I'm trying to review lol cuz I'm scared I'm going to forget. I'm going to cut myself off officially at 6 because I need to rest. I'm being such a worry wart. I'm not nervous just anxious. I'm going to watch one of my favorite movies Clueless lol and listen to my fav artist MJ while I'm driving to tae the test. Can't wait for this nightmare is over with and to when we could seal our fate.
