This post is for all those who are taking their nclex rn in January. How are you guys with your review? What materials are you using? Let's encourage each other. Thanks
Hi everyone. Reading this forum comforted me somewhat knowing people are in the same boat as me. I took my NCLEX in August and failed in 275 questions... I am scheduled to retake it on January 4th and I still feel unprepared what do you think is the most crucial to focus on the last 2 weeks?
I've been using Uworld & a Hurst review book that a friend let me borrow... but I still feel like I'm not retaining enough
Any advice or pep talks would be lovely, I'm feeling so discouraged

hi!
Wow! I am going to tests on Jan. 4th too! and its 1:00pm! how about you?
I have Uworld only because kaplan did not worked for me! I am Struggling in Uworld my score is up and down until now! I start studying since Oct.SO I was really Worried bec. of my Percentages,But you know what, We kept going and do our bests! Thats All and The most important we will Pray to each other! God is a Kind God:)
Hi there guys,
I failed the NCLEX-RN exam 3 times already and I decided to try again. I'm going to take the exam this coming January 6th. I'm using Saunders, LaCharity, Uworld as my reviewers. I'm trying to focus more and think about positive things. I know I can make it. Good luck to us!
I scheduled a month from now and been studying since mid September and still feel unprepared. Lol i think we can't really be prepared unless we choose to be. We can do this. I wish i have scheduled it earlier to not prolong the agony of studying every day, not to mention, not enjoy the holidays because of this as well. I am focusing on one material now, just uworld. I ditched all the others lol can't finish everything, don't want to stress myself too much
This test is so nerve wrecking to study for and I'm testing in the 27th!! LOL. I'm scared because it's been a while since I've answered nclex style questions. I graduated recently but I was redoing a clinical on my last semester--no class. I dont want to overdo it..So im just gonna focus on two 75 question banks from UWORLD and work on my LaCharity for 2 hours. I wanna focus on reading the rationale and concepts...hoping they stick. I think another part of it is being positive and believing in yourslf---corny but true..gotta not doubt yourself when you answer those questions. i got a 52% from my Hurst and they require a 65 minimal so I got a ways to go. UWORLD is amazing ...amazing content and the questions kick butt!! Lets all try to take a chill pill on this journey, focus, do your best, and for my religious peeps PRAY :)
