Nclex RN january 2017

This post is for all those who are taking their nclex rn in January. How are you guys with your review? What materials are you using? Let's encourage each other. Thanks

OMGGG I'm so happy for you!! Hugs and Kisses. I really wanted to hear that good news from you :). You passed girl you passed!! You are now an RN. My friend took her test today as well and felt the NCLEX was much more broad than UWORLD and not hard at all...that even our college tests were harder. She told me it must be the anxiety thing in people for the most part for failing idk. She said that UWORLD def prepared her for it and that is the only source she used.

How did you feel UWORLD compared to it and the dreaded SATAs are they really that broad? Again CONGRATULATIONS!!! Cant wait till its our turn @shesanurse!!

My heart pounding hard that it wants to come out when i read u mentioned my name. Lol we can do this!!! Its coming....

Actually guys I didn't feel like studying today... like i was sick and tired of it. Well probably because of the weather... when is the sun coming out? Its been raining for 3 days...

I clicked submit and it says our records indicate u have recently scheduled this exam, another registration cannot be made at this time.... so that's good right??

Actually guys I didn't feel like studying today... like i was sick and tired of it. Well probably because of the weather... when is the sun coming out? Its been raining for 3 days...

I find that a fresh breath of air works wonders!!...or since it's raining maybe relax and do something you like to do for a bit before going in. What I'm doing is either getting fresh air, watching makeup tutorials lol, or whatever..I make sure to take lonngggg breaks too like 3 hour ones...It's not productive to study straight forward. And dont be nevrous WE GOT THIS it's all in his hands and I feel it. You will too....it's just another nursing test not a nuclear bomb lol. We will pass in his time :).

Yep, that is what mine says too but I am not getting excited until I have the official results.

Thank you i needed that. Its just so scary how i feel that after studying so many its still not enough or I don't retain all of it. I stopped writing notes too. I just read, understand, and go to the next. Are u guys still writing notes? Plus I don't use any other materials aside from uworld now... so from like 4 diff materials i ditched all of those and focused on uworld going 2 months. I kinda feel that I wasn't studying as much as before. It will gonna be a great miracle for me if i pass this.

My friend who took the test today said UWORLD was far harder and that nclex is broad. Although, I suck SO BAD at SATA's lol hopefully I get spared- honestly me and SATAs don't like each other. Although, I heard their SATAs were broad as well. She even told me that out of everything she only felt two of the answers were hard. She felt like UWORLD overprepared her. Also she told me some of them she remembered off the top of her head and I must say it's really not that bad.. kinda like a broad nursing school test its just nclex can be very weird in their wording. We will pass and yes girl you've been studying a while youre tired just keep answering questions and utilize breaks.I write down notes of things I need to constantly put down (I have to read a few things for it to stick sometimes) but what you're doing is great. Hey I might even get reckless and move up my date to the 24th or so if I'm finished with everything honestly...idk I'll see. I just wanna go in, give it my best shot, and just get familiar with the unknown. Just in case if I have to get familiar again lol. I also feel that time is limited and theres only so much I can do to study myself but hey I'm just going to wing it.
