Just remember to not panic after you read the first question, even if you get it right. Take the approach like as if every question is the same no matter if you don't know the answer for like 10 questions straight. Don't worry about that. Focus on the question at hand and not dwell on things like, "Ah I don't know this", just pretend like you do! Be in the zone and you will do FINE!

Thanks guys....my test ended at 75, but I only had 4 or 5 SATA's so I was worried that I was not testing in the high enough level...while I was trying to answer some of the questions, I thought to myself....WOW if I have to take this again, I dont even know how to prepare, but here is to praying that the Pearsons Trick is right...I got the good pop up.

Our stories are exactly alike.. I felt like I hardly slept at all last night...woke up at 5:30 and forced myself to stay in bed until six. My testing site was 15 minutes from my house so it was all I could do to not study and not panic all morning (I did go for a run though...good stress reliever). I got about the same number of SATA's and worried through the whole exam if it was giving me questions hard enough to pass, it only took me an hour! PVT gave me a good pop-up but I'm still holding my fingers!

Ughhhh, so we feel exactly the same right about now!!! Trying to stay positive, I have not seen anything about the trick not being right. But I wont feel good until I get an official pass!!! And everyone just says dont worry celebrate...whats the matter with them, lol, they have no idea!!!

I'm sure you passed . I took the exam last week and had 75 questions. I totally thought I failed. But I passed. I heard not many fail at 75.

I'm new to this forum so will you please explain what the "pearson trick" is. I failed my first attempt at NCLEX and am kinda devestated. Any suggestions are welcome.

haha people keep on asking me why I'm not out celebrating, all I felt like doing today was sleeping and watching movies...save the celebrations for some time next week! My parents think I passed though :-p Now thats gotta count for something
