Hi everyone,I just got home and when i check my mailbox my son handed me an envelope
from BRN california, i was surprise it was small this time and honestly,knowing it was a small envelope it gave me a little hope that i passed but unfortunately i did not.. well my gut feelings where right and the saddest part is i am near passing standard in every category:crying2: (candidate performance report)...im just glad my liitle boy was there to make me smile..Oh and i have a little notice i can share effective Jan 1, 2009 the Cailfornia BRN will no longer mail the request for repeat exam application.Applicants can download the "Request for re-exam form at the BRN website..Goodluck to all the reviewers and More power to all the nurses..
P.S just for evryone to know i took my exam Dec 23 with 265 items with no math and got the results today Jan.14 by mail..
im using suzzanes plan and i really need all your support i took nclex-rn multiple times and i hope this time will be the last.. i would like to take it before my sons bday on march it will be the best gift ever to let him know that his mommy is now a nurse:redbeathe
Sorry to hear that you didn't pass. I know that it is heartbreaking. I've been reading about Suzanne's plan and how it helped others pass. Please consider doing that plan. I didn't pass my Nclex and found out on Saturday. I am still heartbroken but I'm trying to pick up the pieces. Be encouraged and surround yourself with positive people
Wait you have 265 and no math and failed?? Are you sure you didnt get any math? Because I finished 75 and no math and I dont know my results yet... Does that mean I failed too? OMG im so worried now.

LLoyd888, Calm down and take a deep breath. Not everyone will get a maths questions and that doesn't mean you have failed. I had if not max near max and I can't remember any maths questions the last and final time I took it and passed.
Please don't give up. You will pass. Just like everyone else said, take a little time off and then give Suzanne's plan a try. I have taken that test five times and my last time I got 265 with all near passing also. I am currently doing Suzanne's plan. I know it is very frustrating, but believe me WE WILL PASS!!!!! I fell your pain. I failed my first time and now considering to do Suzanne's. For those of you that are doing Suzanne's, are you finding it helpful and encouraging? Would you recommenced it?
Like they say, "everything happens for a reason." Well, I hope this happened for a good reason! Its just a horrible feeling when going all this far and taking some test that shuts off randomly that will determine your future! Lets think positive everyone, we'll nail it on round two.
