Is there any advice from anyone about what I should study for the NCLEX RN exam?! I am getting ready to take it and I'm nervous and don't know where to start!

NCLEX can cover anything. My suggestion is practice questions and read the rationale. Only start studying a subject if you are struggling answering that subject questions

You should take a review class to help you. I recommend Hurst.
Thanks so much for the suggestions. The Hurst review was a requirement for my school so I have already have that down! I am trying to answering as many questions as I can! Maybe it's more so my nerves! I took the NCLEX-PN and felt like I bummed it but I passed!

I like Saunders, LaCharity (Priority, Assessment & Delegation) & the NCSBN NCLEX-RN review, but everyone has different study styles. Good luck!!

I just took the RN NCLEX last Friday, I passed- I took the Kaplan course. I also studied the Saunders cd. The main thing is do tons and tons of practice questions, I did 150 questions a day for 3 1/2 weeks. By that time I was sick and tired of looking at practice questions.
Thanks for the support!!!
