nclex results

Can anyone help please? I'm a foreign graduate but now living in California. Its my 10th day since I took NCLEX exam and the waiting is just disorientating me. I received a leaflet yesterday from Lifesavers Nursing review, saying "PASS WITH US NOW". My questions are, 1) Have I failed?

2) How did they get to know my name and that I took nclex?

3) Can the CA Board Of Nursing inform agents (companies) about my results before I know?

4) is that the way or telling me that I have failed?

I'm very anxious t know. Thanks in advance.

They probably got your name from your nursing school or pearson vue (the nclex company).

Also, did you not know that you can find out your unofficial results by phone or on the internet after 2 days??

Sorry, but you can only get your results via Quick Results if your state participates in that program, and only 1/2 of them do.

CA average wait time is ten full days, and they do not participate in Quick Results.

Sueing costs alot of money for you to do, but as suggested before: please follow up with a complaint about their actions to the BRN, as well as the Better Business Bureau. You can also write to the Board that handles the NCLEX exam as well.

This will get more done if more of you complain about this behavior.

Does the pearson vue website have anything to do with your NCLEX-PN results??

Depends on the state that you are in, if for CA, they do not participate in Quick Results for the RN nor the PN exams.

With the PN exam, it takes three weeks until you will get a letter that you have passed in CA, then the license fee is paid, and then about another week to receive the license.
