Remeber some ppl are randomly selected to take the "sample" questions that do not count towards your score. I was told and I forget the exact reasoning but some ppl are selected to take the full # of questions...? its been so long. Either way doesn't mean you passed or failed.

The higher level the questions, the less questions you have to answer. If you answsered more questions it may just be a lower level of questions. Also, the NCLEX is designed to reword questions where you answered the second answer. Meaning...you disregard two answers, you have two answers left and they both sound right but one is more right than the other. If you answer the second right answer...the test will ask you the same question just reworded. Hope you understand that. Good luck.

I took it on Friday so I'll let you know on Tuesday if I passed or failed thank you so much

exams in Canada ( Ontario) Practical Nursing it is 7 hours total:uhoh3::uhoh3: and it takes 1 month to receive results

Maybe you could try the PVT? I think it also works for NCLEX-PN. Goodluck on your official results! :)

I thought if the candidate had one wrong answer then the he/she fails. Thank you for clearing that.

if the candidate's ability estimate drops below the passing standard even once over the last 60 items, the examinee fails.

this does not mean that the candidate must answer the last 60 items correctly. each ability estimate is based upon all previous items

The person you are asking about hasn't posted on AN in nearly 4 years so.....I wouldn't be waiting for a response.
