so im retaking the NCLEX on Wed 21st and i am feeling pretty good about it. i just have a few questions though. im struggling with the things i should have memorized going into the test. things like Lab values, electrolytes, Meds.

what are the things i should have memorized walking into this test? Fast help would be appreciated.

as soon as you get on your seat, pray so you can be calmer... and then jot down the common lab values - cbc, na, k etc - on the paper that you'll be provided in the testing center. take time to answer, don't rush. you'll have plenty of time.

god bless!

thats a good idea to write down values first..i never thought of that..thanks bebe!

i also made sure i knew ABG values, newborn normal vital signs, and onset/peak/duration of different types of insulin.... PT/PTT/INR.......yeah, definitely write them down before you start answering q's so that you have them for quick reference later when your concentration is less than optimal and in case you might get confused with #s and all..... GOOD LUCK & STAY POSITIVE! let us know how it went........
