Not sure about Cali but here in Texas it takes 48 hours before that log on thing will work. And for everyone I know it has been accurate. I just took the pn exit hesi and passed. Did you take the exit hesi? I know not all schools take it so that's why I'm asking. If you did take it how is the NCLEX compared to the hesi? I hear that if you can pass the hesi the NCLEX shouldn't be too much of a problem. Any truth to that?
I did not take the Hesi so I really don't have any idea about that. I tried the PVT and got the good pop up so somehow that gave me hope. Ca does not participate in quick result so i wouldn't know if i pass until i receive the official result from the mail.
I used the nclex review 3000 that was posted in here and i would say it helped me a lot.

I took my nclex-pn yesterday here in Ca. I got around 20 SATA's, 1 drag and drop, 1 med, lots of priority & delegation questions. I took my time into answering and eliminating what i think does not fit the question. I got shut off at 85. I would love to wait till the official result comes but i cannot wait any longer so i log in last night and i got the " our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board.." It gives me hope at least. I tried logging in again today, same pop up. I still keep on praying that i pass after taking it for the 3rd time. It has been a long journey and physically, emotionally & mentally exhausting.
The other reasons i posted as well is to thank whoever that OP that posted the link to the study guide, and the NCLEX review 3000 study software by Lipincott. I used it along with the PDA, NCLEX PN Mastery app and the Kaplan Content review book. The NCLEX3000 link is what i used most of the time and it really helped me. Now i just have to wait for the official results and hoping i am one of those who got the good pop up and passed..
