I took my Nclex pn this morning at 8am. It shut off at 85 questions and I automatically freaked!!! I sprinted to my car and tried the PVT, got the good pop up!!! Check the BON site and my permit is still active, I have tried the PVT several times today, still getting the good pop up! I don't know why I am so reluctant to believe that I passed. That test was hard!! I did over 1000 practice questions in the Saunders book but I still felt unprepared as I was taking the test!
Once I see PASS on the quick result AND a license on the Texas BON, then I might believe it!
I took NCLEX PN last Friday 7/19 at 8AM. I answered the first 30 questions in one whole hour. I was freaking out because I found it soooo hard. Even I recognized the disease or the meds seems like all the choices in multiple choice were correct. But anyways, mine shut off at 110 questions. I got about 25 SATA questions. About 7 step by step answer that you have to arrange. No computation. A few psych, lots of pharmacology mostly asking for adverse effect. By the way they wont tell you what the med is for on the question. Example "the client is taking Sinemet, which question would the nurse ask identify the effectiveness of the medication" I encountered lots of this kind of question on the pharmacology.. I'm from CA so I have to wait 2-6 weeks before I get the results. Since then I'm getting the "old good pop up". I checked it 3-5 times a day..hahaha..I'm so paranoid. I hope that pvt works for me..:-)

when did u take the exam? did you passed or fail? want to know if PVT still accurate.
