I'm just going to share what worked for me. Any CD. I would go to the library, so not to be distracted, and do the questions. I used the Cds because it was most like sitting for my NCLEX. I went through them often and exchanged them c others. I don't know why but the books did nothing for me. After doing the Cds, I was able to get an idea of what they were looking for. Good luck

Keep practicing the questions on the Saunder's cd and be sure to read the rationales.
I really like Prentice Hall's NCLEX-PN book as well.

I have gotten the Kaplan course for L.PN. and it got me through the test--failed the first time--studied the normal books you buy (didn't help me a bit) saunders--

Just before the HESI, I had studied 2 hours a day,for a few weeks, writing the questions along with summarizing the rationales. I was surprised when I hit a 986 on the test. While this is no guarantee of acing the NCLEX-PN, it does show the chances are very good for passing. I used a two year old Lippencott's review for NCLEX-PN.
Since this method works for me, I am going to study this way until my boards in about a month. I also have the Mosby's Review For NCLEX-pn. If you use any of the major names, Lippencotts, Mosby's, or Suanders you wil get the information you need. From talking to others who have passed boards, the publisher is much less important than having an idea of the rationale behind the question.
The Mosby's has a cool CD mimicking the NCLEX style of the test test, complete with pop up calculator.
When you pass, tell us about it!

hey,
i started off with kaplan test strategy book, its only about 100 pages with alot of good information in it, then there is a comprehensive test in the back i did that. I then went onto Saunders, that CD ROM in the back of the book is golden, i must of did 2000 questions on it. i also bought linda lacharity priority and delegation book which they say is for RN but that really helped me out because i had many many priority questions. Make sure you have the saunders comprehensive book (green cover) not the book with just questions (yellow book). I know some people dont like to study with saunders but i will tell you my questions on my exam were the same exact set up they were in saunders. i hope i helped a bit, good luck!!!!!!!
