I am getting ready to graduate Lincoln Tech in December. I live near Philly but the school is in NJ. Does it matter where I take the Nclex? Same test right?

Probably easier to apply to state you are at school and then endorse if needed to state you plan on living/working in

Where are you actually planning to work would be my first question.
Locale of writing the exam makes no difference in the scheme of things, the exam can be written anywhere in the world where there is a testing center.
But you must hold a license in the state where you wish to work, or will be working.

I'm curious to know if one lives in NY, like me, but plan to work in PA, can I take the Nclex in NY and send PA BON my license application?
You can sit the exam in any test center as long as the center does NCLEX (not all do) doesn't matter which state you applied to
