NCLEX MONDAY HELP! anxious, nervous

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I take NCLEX on monday and I have so many emotions. Over my study period I have learned so much. Did hurst and Uworld. I have done 1200 questions in uworld and have 48% and have been scoring above average in my tests. I reviewed the 35 study guide on here read over my rationales from the questions in my notebook that I have been writing since I started. And Ive gotten 78/125 on Hurst. Any advice? Im super nervous. I am at the point where I believe I am ready.

@ecd4luv itaking it in 10 days in cali!.... wow i wish i could also stay in someone elses house for one day haha believe me wasting like 200 dollars for a night in a hotel is darn expensive

Yeah....i know how difficult that is.It is a lot of use if you get help. Am doing mine in Texas but When i am ready for travel Nursing am sure California is on my list. Well you can find people on craigslist who will let you stay in the house for the whole time for like 500 usd instead of paying 200 usd a night in a hotel. i am in Texas and dont know much people in cali or you can go to cali area of this forum and find some to rent with for the time.

what is your email?

i am in the same boat, i just finished my uworld yesterday scoring 41% in my progress, i have the lowest score based on posts and comments i have read. I am really freaking out and emotional, i don't know if i can make it, i am not satisfied with my score but i am still trying to be positive that whatever happens life goes on, just do your best and never give up at least there is a chance of taking the test again. Good luck to us.

dont be scared we got this!!!!! God will see us through! Just because our scores are low doesnt mean we wont pass. We learned from it!! I heard uworld was harder than the test but idk first hand. We shall see monday! Good luck dont feel defeated keep fighting!

I did pretty much the same thing. Except I didn't have a notebook with questions/rationales. The 35 page doc was helpful as I felt that I had a ton of questions that I only knew because of it. I had a low percentage with Uworld but I felt that it was really helpful in approaching the NCLEX questions. I took my exam only after 2 to 3 weeks of studying and passed with 75 questions. Hurst helped with memorizing the foundational information. I actually talked myself through an SIADH question based on what I learned through Hurst. I'm pretty sure you're ready!!!!

Thank you so much! I will keep you all posted!

Thank you all. It's good to feel that i'm not alone, its just it felt like i'm not sure if all the rationales retained in my brain and yes we can do this and if not, well we never give up, life must go on and try again. I plan on to relax tomorrow because Monday is a battle. Don't get hard on yourselves guys because it will just drain your energy and clarity instead keep the positivity. Prayers is also helpful. May God bless us and Good luck to us on Monday. Keep the faith!

=) good luck!

My exam is in 11 hours. Good Luck to the rest of the future nurses who are testing the same day as me!

Good luck.

Let me know how it goes! I'm still waiting to get my ATT even though I graduated in May. Best of luck to everyone! My advice is take your time, read the question at least two times. If you don't know the answer right away, then ask yourself this "if I only did this answer and then left my patient alone, what would happen?"

Im taking the nclex end of July and Im freaking out. I feel like i have so much to study more and barely scratched the surface.

Right now i focus on uworld and still have over 1000 questions more to go.

I want to get this over with, but part of me feels unsure if im ready.

My scores in uworld ranges from 60% 70% to as low as 55%. I try not to focus on my scores but all i do is read the rationales. I have nclex mastery too but i feel like uworld has more indepth rationales and wode range of questions that require critical thinking while nclex mastery questions are mostly content based... so

I worry coz i feel i dont have much time to study since i work full time and just feel exhausted by the time im home.

I have not taken any review course and doing self study now.

I am just freaking out too...
