NCLEX MONDAY HELP! anxious, nervous

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I take NCLEX on monday and I have so many emotions. Over my study period I have learned so much. Did hurst and Uworld. I have done 1200 questions in uworld and have 48% and have been scoring above average in my tests. I reviewed the 35 study guide on here read over my rationales from the questions in my notebook that I have been writing since I started. And Ive gotten 78/125 on Hurst. Any advice? Im super nervous. I am at the point where I believe I am ready.

Good luck today!!

How did everyone do today??? Any details?

the test as I have researched is meant to take you to the breaking point mentally. Then if that point is above standards for safety, then you pass. Go in with the understanding that you will be getting 50% of the answers wrong near the end... that being said... I answered 115 Q. I started stressing out near the 100 mark as I felt the questions were getting "easy" meaning they were asking recall type questions. After 100, the questions became more analysis type questions, priority (who would you see first) with no obvious ABC complications. Know SE of meds, and know the generic names of meds. Know expected and life threatening effects of disease processes, procedures. You will not know every procedure they can ask about, deduce the most life threatening outcome and prevent that. Review diets also.

I did the pearson vue trick this morning even though I said I wasnt going to... I got the message "Our records show you have recently scheduled this exam..." I hope that means I passed. My BON has not updated yet, so I wont know for sure for another day.

Indiana BON just updated! I passed!!!! YEAH! officially BSN RN!

Congratulations!!

Congrats!!! Oh how I wish I can join you in celebrating the good news! I too took the exam yesterday at 8AM, screen shut off at 75 surprisingly because the last few questions I was completely guessing....I started FREAKING out on the train ride home because I know I answered some of those questions wrong...the exam was weird/hard/easy all at the same time. Its hard to explain...I promised myself not to do the PVT but I couldn't help it and did it 24 hours post exam and got the good pop up..but I have yet to see my name on the MA BON website...so yeah I am in a frazzled state right now lol!

nope, the good pop up says something like "you've scheduled a test already, another appointment can't be made" or something similar to that......

okay thanks.....it also does not indicate bad pop right ?
