I'm taking my NCLEX on March 11th. I graduated December 16th and wanted enough time to study. I've started using Uworld (Love it!), I've used Kaplan, LaCharity and Lippincotts Alternate Questions. I'm still not super motivated which worries me. I'm doing pretty well on Uworld, Kaplan is hard 😖 but I'm pushing onward.
Anybody else taking their NCLEX in March? What's working for you and what's not? Those of you who have already taken it...was it what you expected? RNs UNITE!!!
I PASSED THE NCLEX AFTER FAILING 3 TIMES. I TOOK IT ON JUNE 21st, I BELIEVE THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER & ALL I USED WAS MARK K LECTURE BOOK & MARK K QUESTION BOOK. I TOOK HIS REVIEW CLASS IN MAY AND STUDIED FOR 5 WEEKS AND NOT TO MENTION IM NOT FROM OHIO AND I HAD NO FUNDS TO GET THERE BUT I TOOK OUT A LOAN AND FOUND A WAY! AND ONE WEEK LATER I FOUND A RN JOB AND IM SO HAPPY AND GOD IS TO THANK FOR !

I used UWorld only and passed with 75 questions. UWorld definitely prepared me well. I would say you need to make a plan to do 50 or so questions a day until you take the NCLEX. Keep a notebook of topics you get wrong and look those up. I did 25 timed questions at a time (not tutor). I found doing too many at a time didn't work for me. So I did 2-- 25 question exams a day until I finished the q-bank. UWorld interface looks JUST like the real NCLEX so when you sit down to do the exam you feel completely at ease. Good Luck!!
