Pls help!...why is it that when I attempt to register today, there's no "Philippines" anymore in "choose a country" category where in fact when I checked yesterday, it was still there...anyone got the same problem?

Try again later on or tomorrow. It may be a computer bug as they might be updating their website.

what do you mean? do you have your eligibility letter already from your state bon or brn? you do not apply for nclex. it is a matter of applying for licensure to a specific state bon or brn, then that state bon or brn gives you the eligibility letter to take nclex. once you have that letter, the applicant only have to register to pearson-vue on-line and pay the $200 registration fee and then the applicant makes an appointment herself via on-line as well or call if in an int'l testing center. there will be an additional $150 for an int'l testing center.

It is preferred to not register first before you receive your eligibility letter. Just wait for your eligibility letter coming from your State BON/BRN then you can register. It is much safer this way. There are instances when a person registered but never received their eligibility letter from their State BON/BRN for various reasons and then their registration w/ Pearson-vue expired before getting the eligibility letter.

An expired registration would mean re-registering and re-paying the $200 registration fee.

thanks for the site lawrence

I just want to know that if ever I register to sit for the exam then I get my ATT, can I schedule way way ahead or does it have to be within weeks only. For example, if I decide to register this month and then upon receiving my ATT, I will schedule for January or Feb 2009, can I do that or is it too early? Thank you....

Depends on how far in front they will allow you to book dates, some may only allow a certain amount of months in front

I'm planning to register to pearson vue via mail, and my payment using bankdraft, my question is that, should i send the total amount of $350 to pearson vue since i will take my exam in manila? thanks.

Really? ohhh shucks... i don't want to be "closed" for my chosen dates. Thank you...

P.S. By the way, can my Aunt register it for me? She lives in the US and would it be okay if she register me because I don't own a credit card and I think it would be an advantage on my part because I won't have to pay for long distance calls too when the time comes I want to be scheduled also. Thank you.

Oh... another thing, since I am from the Philippines is it necessary to call the Asia Pacific numbers or would it be alright if my Aunt (who resides in the US) call for me using the US tollfree. Does it affect even if I want to take my exams in Manila, Phils but make a call US-based? Thank you very much for all your help.

Doesn't matter who calls or where from as long as they have the relevant information and id number from ATT and pearsonvue
