NCLEX LPN/LVN Exam - C.A 2016

I just took my LPN / LVN exam. It stopped at 86 question. I've read alot of articles that it was a good sign coz the more questions you get the more chance that you are below passing grade. On the other side I just did really bad that the CAT figured that I am really not doing well. I've read articles from the past years like 2013-2010. I wonder if this "notion" is still up to the present 2016? I just took mine this month March 2016 for the first time. I enjoyed taking the exam as if I am just answering a review practice test. But I only got like maybe 5 SATA and Delegation / Priority Questions. I can't figure if my question is getting harder which I heard is a good sign. I have some diet food questions that I think was easy but still not sure with my answers. I felt like I don't know nothing at that time and kept on guessing for like 50% of the exam. Does having only 5 SATA test a bad sign? I guess? I know a lot of test format changed for the past years. I heard that every year the passing % gets higher and higher. Also after 24hrs of my test I tried the PVT. Hoping that I can get a good pop up. Was I too early to do it? I've seen some videos and articles but it was years ago. Does anyone tried the PVT this year 2016? is it still accurate? I had a bad feeling that I failed. coz the payment has been received and on process and they emailed me the receipt that's $200 again!!! It's just so sad that California does not participate on Quick result. Need to wait from 4-6wks. Geeezz!! thats to long!!! Well I am starting to study again and hope for the best. Any comment on this is highly appreciated.

Does PVT still works? I took mine Feb 16 Got a good pop up. But no results in breeze. I'm from Cali

I took my NCLEX on Jan 30, stopped at 85 with tons of SATA, less than 2 hours after taking the exam, I did the PVT and got a good popup. I received the official letter yesterday Feb 06, paid for my license just a couple hours ago and now my account says pending. I am in California

Just got my results back, tested 3/9 letter mailed out 3/23 and got mail 3/28. Went all the way to 205 guessed majority of the test had like 30 SATA 15 medications and lots of priority.

did you have pending in your breeze account?

So when I go to MANAGE APP, the third drop down for mine is RETAKE :/ but then on PVT I got the "good" popup! If I passed on Breeze I'm guessing it would have said LICENSURE rather than RETAKE? :/

it really doesnt mean anything basicaly they havent issued you a license yet. when you type in your name if nothing show it just means you have to wait. did you took your nclex for RN or LPN and how long has it been>? did you do pvt trick? mine been 3 week no result

hello I was wondering how long does it take for breeze to mail you the letter to take the nclex? I've been waiting for 2 weeks now and still haven't gotten anything.....my status just says pending....

Did you get your results? I took my exam April 12 and still nothing. But i did get the good pop up when I went on the Pearson website

To those of you whose been waiting for like years and passed the nclex, congrats! I took my Nclex-Pn April 21, 2017 and its been 6 weeks passed with no results. Did the PVT which is my only option here in Ca and got a message that says ""Our record indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time""" I sent an email to BON twice last one just 2 weeks ago and no response. Please advice. Thank you folks!a

Did you receive your results yet?

I'm also in CA and took NCLEX PN 5/13/17 86 questions. It's been exactly 4 weeks since testing and I am still waiting for my results. Did the PVT numerous times with different cards and got the 'our records indicated you...' pop up every single time. The few girls that took it the around the same time as me all received their results within 2 weeks. I'm getting really anxious:( I thought this is only happening to me until I saw this post...

I got my results back after 6 weeks; passed my exam and paid this Monday. My license number posted today! Good luck!!
