Please take the time to do some reading here first. You do not select a state for licensure based on which is easiest and which is fastest, you decide first where you wish to work, and then proceed from there. If you are going to spend extra time to endorse to another state, then you have never saved any time, and with some states it is longer to endorse than to apply their in the first place.
There is also a Primer at the top of the International Forum, I suggest that you read that before doing anything else, it will give you quite a bit of information that you need.
I applied for my cvs way back in jan and up to now my report still hasnt been issued...i keep checking my status @ cgfns.org and it continually changes...one time it said the report is ready for submission then now it's in QA review...it will be 10 months in nov 16 and the bad thing is i've already paid for my exam @ pearson and it's expiring in july. Ive emailed cgfns several times now and all they could tell me is that my report is ready for printing and that was still last october...i wonder if it would have been the case if i took the cg exam

Rule 1: You never submit payment to Pearson-Vue until you know that the CVS ha been sent to NY.
I suggest that you follow up with them by telephone. If it is in QA review, there was an issue with something that needed to be checked, at least in most cases.
