[color=#0000ff]^^i changed my schedule via phone but tried to reschedule it online but to no avail. (hk-manila). no reschedule fee or whatsoever. we're so lucky,:) we have our own testing center here!

ive seen the available dates in hong kong, and gosh i was so shocked to see that all dates are available from july next week to december... you can even choose which time you want...

just surprised.

for those who have appointment in other country just call the operator in australia and you will have your manila for free. i called ther office this morning and ask her to change my testing center from hong kong to manila and its free.

helo. i have booked myself on oct in manila phils but i just wanna know if i have picked up the right time for me. i have chosen 9am coz i was confused with the 15-minute-interval of the schedules:lol2:. anyway, anyone here living in makati near the testing site? hows the traffic and are there any hotels very near with the testing site> thanks i'll be waiting for your replies.

I think the 15-minute interval is to give way for the checking-in of the candidate. This will allow the Pearson staff to check your identification and take your biometrics before you proceed to the testing room itself. In my experience at the HK testing center, there is only one staff who does the biometrics and so it results in the long queue of candidates waiting to check-in. Perhaps that's the reason why they devise that schedule.

Traffic is a problem within Makati. It is really a busy area, being a business center at that. It would be advisable that you make an ocular visit before you test so you will know what to expect on the day of your exam itself and to help in allaying your anxiety.

God bless to all of you who will be taking the test. Keep the faith.

i'm so happy that NCLEX is now here in pinas....indeed, God is good....all the time....tith God all things are possible...amen!:balloons:

Please be aware that there will be a cancellation fee if you already have a scheduled appt in another country.

Hi, suzanne! Ive rescheduled my HK slot to Manila and they didnt ask for my credit card account.

yeah, your right. i just checked it myself. putting up of the manila testing center certainly decreased the number of visitors to HK a little bit.

anyone can suggest of hotels/hostels/pension houses near the testing center?? thanks...

hey all you filipino nurses out there..hav u checked pearsonvue lately? the Philippines isnt listed anymore on the countries for nclex testing...i wonder why?? did they closed it? geezzzz.....

Ya I noticed that also, where in fact when I checked it yesterday, it was still there..anymore who encountered same problem? How can you able to register anyway?

Hi, suzanne! Ive rescheduled my HK slot to Manila and they didnt ask for my credit card account.

They have the right to wave the fee if they wish to, and may have decided to do that with the opening of the new center there. But that is up to them to do.

In the past, if a nurse moves their scheduled test date from one in Canada to one in Hong Kong; they have had to pay a fee.

And because they are waiving it now, does mean that they will wave it in the future. They are just trying to fill all of the slots that they have available right now. They have the fee to try to limit the number that change countries and apptsd back and forth. It makes it harder for Pearson-Vue and also can become expensive for them. Remember that a human is involved when the change it made. It is not made on-line.

i even wrote the peaarsonvue, its really free to change to another country .. heres the reply of pearsonvue
