hey all you filipino nurses out there..hav u checked pearsonvue lately? the Philippines isnt listed anymore on the countries for nclex testing...i wonder why?? did they closed it? geezzzz.....

yes, i check it everyday since last friday. the manila site is always there when i check it.

They have the right to wave the fee if they wish to, and may have decided to do that with the opening of the new center there. But that is up to them to do.
In the past, if a nurse moves their scheduled test date from one in Canada to one in Hong Kong; they have had to pay a fee.
And because they are waiving it now, does mean that they will wave it in the future. They are just trying to fill all of the slots that they have available right now. They have the fee to try to limit the number that change countries and apptsd back and forth. It makes it harder for Pearson-Vue and also can become expensive for them. Remember that a human is involved when the change it made. It is not made on-line.

I guess I'm just fortunate this time. Thanks for the info, though. :)

i checked it sunday though..and til now it isnt there...anyone who was able to call pearsonvue and got a sched for nclex in manila after last sunday .(July 15) get back at this msg

^its not there. just call pearson vue to scheudle/reschedule your exam.

hi! i know this isn't maybe the right thread, but i juz wanna ask if its ok to send to NM BON the TOR etc. from school even if i dont receive yet the fingerprint cards??

i have requested the finegerprint cards thru email already. Will i be receiving a reply from them stating that they received my email and they will send me the FP cards??

i beleive you need to mail your requirements together with filled up fingerprint cards. your tor should be mailed separately from your application forms. that should be sent from school to nm bon.

Go to the US embassy at Roxas Boulevard and askfor finger print card, im sure their giving it for free.

and Btw what is this about notarizations? i have read on this thread about it..

juz wanna ask, what are the documents that should be notarized..

and is it true that notarizations are done at US embassy also??
