I just took the NCLEX RN exam in California yesterday (Monday Sept. 15th 2014) and i was asked only 75 questions. most of the questions that i was asked were prioritization. i think i did very well on my test. i cant wait for results so i wanted to see if anyone got 75 questions asked and has passed... im so scared and wanna just know what happen..
Thank You in Advance.

It can go either way, but relax and if you want, try to register for the exam again. I did it yesterday and I got the pop up that said I could not reregister.. Also everyone in my class I have spoke to that was what they got and passed. The one who did not pass did not get the pop up and paid for another exam, so it has been very accurate as of September 2014. You do have to enter your CC info and click submit and if you passed you will get a pop up, if you didn't pass it will take your money and you will know. Didn't have the patience to wait, but in my state it only takes 48hr for our license to show up in the BON. Just breathe and believe in yourself.

I started freaking out when mine stopped at 76 questions. Think about it logically, Did you do very well in school, graduate from a school with high pass rates, do very well on practice questions? if yes then you passed. If you barely passed school and did poorly on practice questions then you failed.
From the Kaplan Book "If you are answering questions far above the level needed to pass or far below the level needed to pass, your exam will end at 75 questions."
