So, very odd & random question....Some people I know who are RNs and friends say that the NCLEX is easier in some states than others. I am completely 100% positive that is false....? I know there are different rules & regulations for each state and blah blah blah....but I thought the questions are still given random & it just depends on the test you got. That is my thinking. My friends think I am wrong because they know in other certifications for different degrees, that it's true, other states have 'easier' tests.....but I'm pretty sure that isn't true for the NCLEX...? Thank you!! :typing

The Nclex is a national test. No test is easier or harder than the other because of the state you're in. You're right, your friends aren't.

regardless of what state you take the nclex exam it is still the same since it is a natiaonal exam. your definitely right that your friends are wrong with their perception regarding that matter. passing the exam does not depend on what state you are but on the one who are taking it. hope you are enlighten by this matter! good luck!:loveya:

You are going to get the exact same exam no matter which state that you test for or the locale where you write it. It is a CAT exam and questions are given to you based on how you answer the previous question.
This is one time when friends do not know best.

People Might Say Well What About The State Specific Questions, But I Never Got One.
