Schedule NCLEX before ATT?

The problem with letting people schedule before their ATT is that there are going to be issues with some peoples'applications and won't be able to test and may not change their date until the last minute causing an empty seat on that test date that someone could have used. Instead of waiting until March, you may have to wait until June.
