    Even if it does I seriously doubt it will have any impact on the questions you get asked.

    Any particular reason for asking?

    Yes, I heard that if you say you're a male you will get a lot of OB questions. Is this debatable? Maybe some of the guys who took the NCLEX can answer this - did you have a lot of OB questions?

    You can be asked anything on the exam. If it determines that an area is weak then it can ask you several questions in that area

    I was never asked my sex for NCLEX.

    NCLEX is designed to test your knowledge level in all areas of nursing...certainly nothing based on your sex, height, weight, and sexual orientation

    I was asked to complete a short survey after I took NCLEX (too frazzled to remember it was optional or not), but gender was a question with no option for "I'd rather not say"....must have been an optional survey, but it was AFTER it shut off at 75, so no chance for test interference.

    yeah, they asked the survey questions after the exam not before so i dont think it doesnt have anything to do with your exam.
