hi there!

have been going thru this site for a couple of times already and found out that this could help me in some ways. i'll be taking the nclex-rn exam this jul22. i'm still uncertain about what i know and need to know...

can anyone suggest how can i overcome this feeling and get prepared for my exam...and also, can anybody share about nlcex strategies or how to attack the nclex qestions...it will really help.

thanks and pls pray for me...

What have you been using? I highly suggest and recommend that you pick up a copy of Saunders' Comprehensive Review and start doing the questions. Attempt to do at least 100 per day, and pay close attention to the rationale given behind each answer, both the correct as well as incorrect answers.

I agree with Suzanne....try to grab one of the reputable books suggested and review everyday. I carried my review book with me everywhere and worked on questions whenever I could.....at stoplights, kids sporting events, lunch breaks.

Best of luck.

A lot of what it is is using your base knowledge to prioritize care in hypothetical situations. There is an assumption that you have a certain knowledge of lab results (normal ranges) and meds (not every drug under the sun, but common ones and general classes of medications) that you can use to answer other questions.
