Which exam will you be taking, the RN or the PN exam? There are two different NCLEX exams offered.

Thread moved to the NCLEX Forum where it is more appropriate.

    The RN

In my opinion, the Saunders Comprehensive Review Book is really good in reviewing nursing content. When I studied I used both Kaplan and Saunders together. Kaplan is really good for practicing critical thinking type questions. Though you will probably get different opinions in this board, both of those resources helped me pass.

    What 'bout the Princeton Review?

I only use Saunder's Comprehensive Review when I teach, and I specialize in foreign nurses whose primary language is not English and they can pass using the one book. That says alot for it in my opinion.

I never used Princeton Review and actually don't know too much about it in terms of the NCLEX. Maybe more people on here will pitch in more info.

I used quite a few...Kaplan, Davis, Delmar, Mosby and Saunders. My favorite was Davis. I also used these all through school. Good luck on your boards.

I just found a REALLY GOOD book!!

"Prioritization, Delegation, Assignment: Practice exercises for Med/Surg Nursing" by Linda A. LaCharity

It offers 320 all prioritizing, delegating questions in a workbook style format. It makes you think. It really reminds me of the questions on NCLEX. It also has 17 chapters of case studies in same format.
The rationales are great, as well. ***Only $22.00 at Barnes and Noble.
