Comprehensive Report

  1. So I failed the NCLEX for my first time 0n 2/17 and have picked myself up and have been studying everday since then and am retesting again in May....however I got my comprensive report in the mail and it said i was near passing on 4 areas and below passing on 4 areas. And what really stinks is i did the worst on the easiest stuff! clearly i over thought alot of stuff....Does anyone know if you have to be above passing in all of the 8 areas for NCLEX to pass you?

Yes you have to pass in all areas to pass NCLEX. Best thing to do is start again as if you haven't sat the test before. Good luck

No matter how you scored on your first test you have to get above passing on all areas to pass on your retake. It is best to study as if you had never tested before and don't dwell too long on your previous results. You don't want to be misled into taking the wrong approach. Good luck.
