I'm taking the NCLEX in 3 days and I'm starting to get really really nervous!!! The other thread where I wrote my Kaplan scores in was getting kind of long so I thought I'd start this thread.
Question Trainer 1: 60%
Question Trainer 2: 63%
Question Trainer 3: 55%
Question Trainer 4: 56%
Question Trainer 5: 63%
Question Trainer 6: 62%
Diagnostic Test: 68%
Readiness Test 64%
The only thing that worries me is my low qbank scores ... my cummulative is 55%!!

Have you taken question trainer seven yet?
No I haven't taken #7 yet. I am going to take it tomorrow. I had originally planned on taking it today but I went out last night with some friends and my brain wasn't working very well today.

okay so i got 68% in q trainer test #7 but how do i know if i'm really ready for nclex or i just got lucky? most of the questions i guessed for right answer rather than picking the right answer.

Kaplan was part of my final course is nursing school and it looks like we had very similar scores. I passed this week with 76 questions. Ideally, one will have adequate knowledge, etc. to determine the correct answer when debating between two choices. HOWEVER, the reality is that one person could make the correct choice more often than another person. In addition, you may have a lot of questions about disease processes that you aren't familiar with OR you could have a lot of questions on topics that you know very well. With that said, luck DOES play a part in this exam. Good luck on your exam!
I just did Question Trainer #7 and I got a 61%. I guess thats alright because its above 60. Could be better? But I'm kind of burn out it seems. Is that a bad score to get?

I got a 57% on my test #7 and I passed NCLEX RN Monday with 96 questions. I never took the readiness test. I also believe luck does play a part with this test. It totally depends on the questions you get and how well you know the content. If everyone got the same test things would be much different. Your scores are good. Take your time and try to relax as if you are at home in front of your own computer. Best of luck.

I'm sure you are nervous- I dont know if it helps, but thats normal. As for your score on Q trainer #7, Kaplan recommends you get 65% or higher, but I dont know that that means you wont be ok. I'm taking the exam for the 2nd time and I thought maybe I could give you a few tips that might help relieve your anxiety. Stuff I wish I had done: 1. wear layers- i was cold and couldnt concentrate. 2. if you feel yourself fading, take a break- walk around, the clock might still be running, but sometimes its best to take a few minutes when you need them instead of plowing ahead when youre not really concentrating. 3. if you go up past 75qs, DONT freak out. 4. know your meds- i had SO many med questions it was ridiculous.
I hope this helps and I wish you lots of luck. Hopefully, we'll both pass. I'm quite nervous myself... Good luck
