Hello!
1) Those of you who have taken NCLEX-- did you find the questions to be quite like the questions out of your review books? I am studying primarily from Saunders but also am doing questions on my IPOD. I am just wondering if you think they tend to be on a little bit higher of a level than Saunders or if it is about the same.
2)Also, did you get questions from a wide variety of areas? Or, did they tend to test you heavily in one particular area?
I am worried about burns and pediatrics as I feel there is so much to know with these subjects.
Took mine today. I only had 1 calculation...Most of the questions were oriented around MEDS and Med-Surg. I had the occasional psych, peds, or geriatric question. Lots of Meds, a handfull of SATA. I was surprised a the low # of SATA questions I got....I *hate* them!!!!
Checked PVT and got the Good Pop-Up! I am psyched now!!!!

I am currently studying for my boards too and the good people on this website suggested the Saunders book (cd rom included) and the LaCharity book. You can buy the Kaplan book to learn strategies in answering questions, although Saunders also covered this. Good luck
