ATI was all that I used for NCLEX prep, and I passed in 75 questions, so it worked for me. I think the style of the ATI questions was very similar to the NCLEX question. On the comp predictor I forget the exact score (80? 83?) that I received, but it translated to a 99% chance of passing the NCLEX at that point. We took the predictor at the start of our last semester though, which for me was the beginning of September last year, so I used the ATI tests to brush up a little and practice NCLEX style questions prior to my testing date, which was a few months after my December graduation.
Hope that helps.
For the poster asking about what to study for the comprehensive: Study everything. Peds, leadership, community, OB, psych, m/s, it was all on it. Look at your older ATI tests and see where you were weak, work on strengthening those areas.

Has anyone used ATI and thought that it REALLY did help them with the NCLEX? Does the high pass % really mean that you are very likely to pass your NCLEX?
