suzanne4, RN 26,410 Posts Aug 20, 2006 You need to apply first to a Board of Nursing for licensure...........you do not apply directly for the NCLEX-RN.Please read the sticky at the top of the International Forum that is called the Primer, it will give you all of the information that you need.The NCLEX exam is the final step, not the first.
