Nclex Anxiety

I am scheduled to take my exam in a month I am so nervous. I struggle with SATA often and going back changing answers. I have Mark Klimek and Uworld to study and don't know where to start. How did some of you all study uworld question take work for you please help. I have answer over 700 question and I read the rationale everytime and my anxiety seems to increase. Help New Grad

This is going to sound kinda blunt but maybe you need to revisit content? If you are struggling with SATA questions then maybe content review will help? I'm saying this because when I failed my NCLEX PN using UWorld I completed the entire question bank which was like about 1100 or so questions I think. I decided that for my third attempt I had to revisit content to ensure that I will be successful the third time. I can tell you that Hurst helped me a lot with that. Since you do have Mark Klimek I'd highly suggest listen to his audios.

If you are not taking any breaks while studying, I also highly suggest to do so. I have test anxiety also and I kid you not that I didn't study for hours on end or did thousands of questions to prepare. Instead, I took breaks to recharge my brain.

Hi! My test... I don't even know what to say about it, ahaha. My heart was pounding through my ears and my leg went stiff for like 20 minutes and I tried really hard to ignore those to focus on the questions. They were mostly leadership and management. Lots of SATA, three EKG strips, one ordering, no math. Ended at 75 on a question I definitely knew I got correct.

I have about 200 or so questions left on my uWorld, but based on the recommendation of my friend I made sure to finish the leadership and management section in their own mini tests. I'm super glad I did because I said on another post that people overlook that and try to overload on med surg and medications.

Speaking of medication... I'm VERY glad I knew all of mine. They were very basic.

The NCLEX is not so bad and I'm glad I listened to my classmates who reassured me. I've scoured this website reading various stories and scared myself the last few nights.

What medications to focus on? Im struggling about medications . My exam is on july

I have tested twice already and now I find it very difficult to back to studying because I feel so defeated. I don't know weather to just find a job and give up on nursing or keep trying right now I'm ready to give up. I'm so over studying I have spent $395hurst $160uworld $600nclex webinar $100ncbsn bought 3 different books costing $150. I think nursing just might not be for me sad because I know I would be a great nurse I have 1000percent passion for the field. Advice seeking DEFEATED
