I used uWorld. It sounds like you are using it correctly if you are reading the rationales. Just take a deep breath and make sure you're not letting your anxiety stop you from absorbing the material! If it is, take a step back and do something enjoyable, then go back to it. If you have any questions, I'm here to help! I just took mine yesterday.

Hi Gwenzilla! How's your test? Hope everything's well.Did you finish your Uworld?
Hi Nursing STLY! Uworld and Mark K is a good combination for review. Stay positive and focus on the rationale. don't be discouraged on the percentage.
Keep practicing a lot of nclex questions. You can do it!
Hi! My test... I don't even know what to say about it, ahaha. My heart was pounding through my ears and my leg went stiff for like 20 minutes and I tried really hard to ignore those to focus on the questions. They were mostly leadership and management. Lots of SATA, three EKG strips, one ordering, no math. Ended at 75 on a question I definitely knew I got correct.
I have about 200 or so questions left on my uWorld, but based on the recommendation of my friend I made sure to finish the leadership and management section in their own mini tests. I'm super glad I did because I said on another post that people overlook that and try to overload on med surg and medications.
Speaking of medication... I'm VERY glad I knew all of mine. They were very basic.
The NCLEX is not so bad and I'm glad I listened to my classmates who reassured me. I've scoured this website reading various stories and scared myself the last few nights.
Thank you for this information congratulation on passing I am praying for my success too. I need to know did you have mental health questions. I have booked me a spa day to step away and come back refreshed.
The pass is official now!
To answer your question, I think I had one? I've never heard of anyone having mental health for the bulk of their NCLEX though o_o
Good luck, op you'll do great. enjoy that spa day!

Did you get a case study question when you took your nclex rn?
Thanks!
the case study at the end was experimental. I *was* going to do it, then the proctor was like, "this is optional." decided I'd rather leave right then and there, finished the survey, and was on my way out.
they're not implementing those types of questions until March 2019, I think.
Yeah I heard that too gwenzilla do you know of anyone that used the excela review
