Navy NCP FY2016 Applicants

Hi!

I noticed there wasn't one for the FY of 2016, and I start my package on Monday to be sent to the boards August 1st. (My recruiter told me the earlier the better). So same thing as the last thread, this will be an area to calm nerves and answer questions. Good luck to all who apply, or are thinking of applying! :up:

Hi all- I also submitted a package in September for the Nurse Candidate program. I am still waiting to hear back as well.

Hey all- Just got a call from recruiter. They have the results. Unfortunately, I didn't get in.. but best of luck to you all. I think he said 143 people were submitted and they took 75.

Oh wow they didn't take many!!

I found out that I was accepted!! I am so excited!

Chadczar: Oh man, I'm sorry you didn't get in! I'm sure you will do great in the future and I hope that you will continue to apply and join the Navy! Maybe we will see each other in the future!

Hey everyone, is anyone applying from NYC? I have 8 month left from graduating and from an accelerated nursing school and was told by an online recruiter that it still not too late to apply. I've been trying to get in touch with a recruiter from NYC but haven't been successful. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm just now seeing this. I still haven't heard anything from my recruiter and I tried calling and texting but nothing. Now I'm a bit worried.

I submitted a package in November. Waiting to hear if the Board met up yet and the status/decision. Prior Navy HM2 with almost 9 years of service.
