National University SD cohort 40?

Anyone else out there going to apply to cohort 40?

I'm also very frustrated with ALL of the changes that are happening and nobody seems to have a clue!

Hi everyone! I too applied to the Cohort 40. Fingers crossed.

I haven't been told that I need to take any additional classes? Would this be something my counselor would notify me of? I speak to him often and nothing has been mentioned. I did not go to the forum because I was out of town on vacation during the middle of all the scheduling mess. I told them I had this planned after the original application date so that I wouldn't have this issue. Didn't realize it was going to turn into a mess.

Nevermind. Just called my counselor and asked him about it. I have a few classes I need so we're trying to schedule them quickly and double up. Blah lol!

How does anyone feel about how you did on the essay test? What was your question for the essay prompt? Mine was about science and art and describe what that means to you.

I'm not thrilled with my essay. Mine was asking to describe an interpersonal struggle and how I overcame it.

Hey all. I applied to Cohort 40 and am hoping I got in. Really worried about the essay portion since it is such a large chunk of the percentage now.

Anyone know when we are supposed to hear if we got in or not? Hope it isn't past August. I just want to know one way or the other.

Last time I spoke with someone from the nursing department they said it was at the beginning of August. They were hoping for the beginning of August

I heard sometime the first two weeks of August.

Has anyone's status changed under the application portion? Mine still says submitted.

Hi, I got the exact same question, i was so disappointed. but hopefully i pulled it off and wrote what they were looking for.

My adviser said she doesn't know when we will find out, and they will contact us directly, not the advisers. She also said my essay has not been graded yet, which means it could be a few more weeks or a month, she doesn't know. But I was thinking that maybe they have graded the essays and just aren't submitting the scores yet because they want to submit them all at once. These are all assumptions though don't quote me!
