National University SD BSN Cohort 45

Hello everyone!

This is my first post on this forum so I'm not too familiar with how all this works but hopefully I'll be able to figure it out along the way.

Anyways,

I applied to the July application time for COHORT 45 in SD Nursing Program.

I wanted to know if anyone else has applied to this month.

If you don't mind, could you also share what your GPA and TEAS score as well?

I'm super, duper nervous.

My GPA is just mediocre at 3.55. I feel like this is probably a lot lower than the average that will be applying in July.

I also have yet to take the TEAS yet but I feel like I'm just not prepared.

Any suggestions on how to study for the TEAS besides the ATI V.5 study manual for TEAS? I feel like this in itself is not enough to prepare me for the test.

If you are already part of the nursing program or know the information, could you also tell me about when the assigned test date would be after the application deadline date?

Also, any suggestions and or tips on writing the essay?

Is anyone on this Forum by chance looking for a roommate? I'm planning on moving down for this program so if anyone need a roommate or know where I could start let me know.

If anyone is from Chula vista, maybe we can set up a carpool seeing as how the campus is pretty far from here. Ugh, gotta wake up soooo early! Lol

Does anyone know what the "preliminary testing" that we are going to take during our pre-orientation?

It's just to see where we are at the start of the program I believe. My friend in the program said its not too much to worry about.
