National University Cohort 64

U.S.A. California

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd start a thread since I hadn't seen one yet.

I plan on applying for the May application date, however I need to retake the TEAS exam. With all testing centers being closed right now, does anyone have any insight as to how/where I can retake the exam? I've heard some places may provide remote testing, but nothing for certain.

Thanks

They look at the science and statistics courses for GPA. There are other required prerequisites that have to be completed, but they do not contribute to your science & stats GPA.

The prerequisites do make up your cumulative GPA, which must be above 2.75 to apply.

Thank you! Now it makes sense.

I have a C on one of my science courses. I'm kind of anxious.

They will start sending emails this coming Friday. It take a week after the application deadline.

Last time I applied, it took about 10 days but hopefully we will hear back as soon as Friday!

Did you guys submit your TEAS yet? I haven’t submitted mines. I’ve applied before and did not get in. I have a 3.6 GPA and and 82.7 on my TEAS. I’m retaking my TEAS before end of June. What did everyone get on their TEAS or GPA?

For the questions they ask it’s mostly related to nursing. I don’t think the questions are the same every cohort but they are similar.

I submitted my TEAS since I took it last year. I got a 91 on it. At the info meeting I think they said the average score of those accepted is 85%+

My prereq GPA is a 4.0, but I don’t have any health care experience and I know they said the interview is where you’d want to talk about that ? I was denied at the community colleges because the lack of experience didn’t allow me enough points to get in

Mbdj218 those are great scores! I’m sure youll get in. Did you skipped the previous cohorts since you’ve taken your TEAS last year and is this your first time applying?

Has anyone heard anything yet?

No I have not I just checked my email. I wonder if there’s a lot of people that applied.

I hope not a lot of people applied. I heard that it takes 10 days for them to send a respond back.

I applied!

I applied! Haven’t heard anything yet

someone on this trend said it w we’re going to be notified on the 24th but that’s a Sunday so I’m not sure.

So far the trend doesn’t have a lot of views compare to the past cohort so I’m hoping not a lot of people applied but I hope enough applied that they won’t combined cohort 64 and 65 applicants

And extended the application deadline until August which I know they’d did ones
